Paracetamol is a tested pain killer and relieves fever. Paracetamol monitors painkiller efficacy by increasing pain thresholds and working on hypothalamic heat-regulating centers. It is thought that these efficiencies are related to the disruption of prostaglandin synthesis, equivalent to paracetamol aspirin as fever and reliever but do not produce side effects such as aspirin or aspirin-containing medications, which are rapidly absorbed by paracetamol.

Introduction to Napa Rapid

Paracetamol exhibits analgesic action by the peripheral blockage of pain induction generation. It produces antipyresis by disrupting the hypothalamic heat-control center. Its poor anti-inflammatory activity is related to resistance to prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS.

Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is thought to primarily work in the CNS, cyclooxygenase involved in prostaglandin (PG) synthesis, enhances the pain edge by inhibiting both the COX-1, COX-2, and CX-3 enzymes. Unlike NSAIDs, acetaminophen does not prevent cyclooxygenase in peripheral tissue and thus has no peripheral anti-inflammatory effect. Aspirin acts as an irreversible inhibitor of Cox and directly blocks the active site of the enzyme, studies have shown that acetaminophen indirectly blocks COX and this inhibition is invalidated in the presence of peroxide. This may explain why acetaminophen is effective in the central nervous system and endothelial cells but not in platelets and immune cells that contain high levels of peroxide. Studies also report data that suggest that acetaminophen selectively detects a variant of the COX enzyme that blocks the known variants COX-1 and COX-2 from the enzyme now referred to as COX-3. Its exact mechanism is not yet poorly understood but future research may provide further insight into how it works. The antipyretic properties of acetaminophen may have an immediate effect on the heat-regulating centers of the hypothalamus leading to peripheral vasodilation, sweating, and therefore the resulting cooling.

Tablet:

Napa Rapid

• For Adults: Maximum 4 grams (8 tablets) per day for 1-2 to 4 Napa Rapid tablets every 4 to 6 hours.
• Children (6-12 years) :) 1 tablet 3 to 4 times a day. For long-term treatment, the dose is 2. beyond the village/day is a wise thing to do.

Extended-release tablets:

• Adults and children over the age of 12: two Napa rapid tablets, swallowed whole 6 to 8 hours (6 tablets in any 24 hours) The whole tablet should not be crushed.

Syrup / Suspension:

• Children under 3 months: 10 mg / kg body weight (5 mg / kg reduction in jaundice) 3 to 4 times daily.
• Below 3 months to 1 year: 3 to 4 teaspoons 3 to 4 times daily.
• 1-5 years: 1 to 2 teaspoons daily.
• 6-12 years: 2-a-teaspoon 3 to 4 times daily.
• Adults: 3 to 4 times daily with 4-8 teaspoons.

Suppository:

• Infants 3-12 months: 60-120 mg, 4 times daily.
• Children 1-5 years: 125-250 mg 4 times daily.
• Children 6-12 years: 250-500 mg 4 times daily.
• Adults and children over the age of 12: 0.5 g 0.5 times a day

Pediatric Drop:

• Children up to 3 months: 0.5 ml (40 mg)
• 4 to 11 months: 1.0 ml (80 mg)
• 7 to 2 years: 1.5 ml (120 mg). Do not exceed 5 doses daily for a maximum of 5 days.

There are no side effects to the use of paracetamol. However, in some cases, hematological reactions, pancreatitis, rash, and other allergies, leucopenia, pancytopenia, neutropenia, and agranulocytosis have been reported.may occur.

Caution in using Napa Rapid

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with liver and kidney problems. Doctors should not use more than 3 days for the pain and 10 days for fever.

Napa Rapid use during lactation or lactation

Paracetamol is safe at all stages of pregnancy and lactation.
